Fill Area with Specific Color

To Fill an area with a selected color using the Flood Fill tool

In the Tools Bar, click on Flood Fill icon, .
Click on the image to fill the region with the selected Foreground or Background color.

Notes:

When you click on the image, Foreground color will be used. If you want to use Background color click on the image with the right mouse button.
