Rotate Layer

To rotate a layer

Select the layer you want to rotate.
Click on Image Filters > Rotate 90º CW or Image Filters > Rotate 90º CCW to rotate the layer Clockwise or Counter Clockwise.
This function applies only to image or text layers not the whole image.
