Quarantine Spyware
- After scanning is complete, Spyware Detector will display a list of spyware programs it discovered on your PC:

- If you have already registered the product, the following window is displayed as well:

- If you hit the Quarantine button, Spyware Detector will quarantine the spyware programs it detected during the scan.
- You can also click Cancel and quarantine later.
- If you decide to uninstall Spyware Detector, you will be given the option to select whether you want to delete the Quarantine folder or not.
- If you click Yes, you will not be able to delete or Recover those quarantined entries later. If you click No, you could re-install Spyware Detector and Recover such programs using the Recover option. The Recover option allows you to reinstate any previously quarantined programs. This is similar to restoring files from Windows' Recycle Bin.
- During quarantine, Spyware Detector may find that some of the programs it is trying to quarantine are being used. Such programs cannot be quarantined. Then, the message "Some files cannot be removed. They may be in use." will be displayed. These programs will be quarantined when the PC is restarted.
- After the quarantine is complete, the following files will be deleted for further protection:
1. Temporary Internet Files
2. Files in the Temp folder.
- As most spyware programs put their executables files in these folders, it is advisable to delete these files after every scan. You may choose to turn off this automatic deletion after every scan. To do this, click the Options button on the main window, select the System Settings tab and uncheck the two checkboxes "Clean Temp folder after Quarantine" and "Clean Temporary Internet files after Quarantine." You may of course, turn this feature on at any time by selecting the checkboxes again.
