Setup Logging
Log records
Log records inform you about some stages of applications work, for example: startup, termination, etc.
"Log Viewer" dialog
To open the "Log Viewer" window:
- In the system tray press the right mouse button on the SSM icon, in the appeared context menu select the item "Show logs...";
or
- Open the main window, go to the tab "Rules", press the "Show logs..." button.

Log Viewer by default displays all available log records, for all event types. Also, user may setup the filters, to display particular event types for specific date(s). See "Log Viewer" topic for details.

Set up the Log Viewer
To setup what events it is necessary to log, go to the tab "Options", the section "Logging".

After the installation of SSM, by default, all logs are disabled. Make sure the logging is enabled ("Enable" option is switched on), then turn on the options in "Applications" group, press "Apply options" button. Thus, for any of checked event SSM, the log record is created with the appropriate information. |
