Step 2: Set Publish Property

Output Layout

Please choose Simple or Classical of the screen layout

• Simple: no control bar added
• Classical: there is the control bar in the bottom of the screen, from which you can fast forward or rewind the presentation.
• tip: you may click on the little screen sample in the left hand to change the layout type, and see how it looks

Play Mode

Please check the option "AutoPlay" if you wish to change the slides automatically, or you can do it "Manually"

Hide the loading page

Check this option to remove the very beginning page of the converted flash, which shows the downloading percentage and the downloading progress animation.

Loop presentation

Check this option, if you would like to loop the presentation and play back continually.

Choose Character set

Please choose the character set as Western single byte characters, or Non-Western 2 bytes texts, for example Japanese or Chinese text are 2 bytes character sets.

Advanced

Redirect the browser to an URL after the movie completed:

• URL: space, please fill in with the URL if you wish to play a second flash file automatically, leave it blank if you do not need to do this.
• Windows: please choose "_parent", if you would like the second flash file use the existing windows, or you may choose other options to open up a new windows for the other flash files.

Other settings:

• Mute once the flash is ended: Check this option, if you need to turn off the background music when the flash presentation is ended.
• Add your logo/statements within the downloading page (max 64 chars.): you may put your name or company information here, and this can be shown up in the downloading page, for example: Designed by example co., powered by FlashPoint.
