You can delete a repository that you don't need it any more. But when you delete a repository, you will delete all files in this repository too. So you must exactly know what you are doing when you do it that way.
Choose the repository that you don't need it any more, click the File menu and Delete Repository sub-menu. You can delete a repository by this way(the default repository can not be deleted).
