Print and Print Preview

To use the Print Preview menu, you must have at least one printer installed. If you have several maps and/or lists already open, select the view you want to print, then,

• Click on the Preview button of the File toolbar

or

• Use the menu File, Print Preview
• You can view other pages using the buttons Next Page, Previous Page, Zoom In, to modify the view, or use
• Print to send the output to the printer.

To print a map or a list,

• Click on the Print of the File toolbar

or

• Use the menu File, Print
• The menu File, Print Setup let you to define a default printer.

Remember you can use File, Preferences, and the Colors, Font and Print tab to force Black & White printing. You can also easily change how many nodes are represented in your printed maps with the two sliders in Preferences for Colors, Font and Print tab.
