Address Book Groups

To create a new Group in the address book file,
- In the 'Edit' menu Select 'New Group'
- Type in the group name and press OK.
To assign contacts to different groups (shortcuts to contact),
- Select one or more contacts, then drag contacts to a 'Group' in the address book folder.
You can also double click on a group. Click on Group Tab, the check/uncheck group assignments. Then click OK. |
