Appointments

In the dialog box below, the first line is Appointment Name which is what will be displayed and printed once you click OK. Other lines are additional information that you may want to add (optional). Click on Repeat Tab to change the repeat pattern and Group Tab for group assignment. If the Appointment Check Box is not checked, then this item will considered to be an event and will be organized or printed according Event settings.
