Envelopes
- To put your address in the envelope,
click the "Font & Size" tab, click the Return Address button, enter all information then click OK.
- Select where to print your address:
By default, your address (the return address) is printed on the top left corner at ( 0.00, 0.00 )
This is shown in the return address group as Left and Top. Delivery addresses (that is the addresses that you have entered using the address book editor) are printed in about the middle of the envelope. You may wish to change this position by clicking on Top and Left in the Delivery Address Tab.
- How to print:
To change the Font for the return address click on Return Address tab, click the Font button.
You can also choose what fields you want to print. By default, your name and address is printed. To print more information like Tel. number, check the Tel field in the list box. Note that each field has some basic options.
By default, [company] is always printed in bold font. If you want to change this, click company in the list box, the uncheck the bold option.
Envelop Size and Format
- Click ""Edit Return Address" and enter your address. This is the return address that will be placed on top-left side of the envelope.
- There are 2 Font buttons
- In the Return Address Group, click Font to select the font for printing return address (usually some small font like "Arial" size 10
- In the Delivery Address Group, click Font to select the font printing the delivery address.
- You can also adjust the placement of delivery and return address. Delivery address is usually at 0.00 from left 0.00 from top (top-left)
- Return address is about 3 inches from left and 1.6 inches from the top of the envelope.

Envelopes Return and Delivery Address
Select what address book fields should be printed in the envelope. Formatting the envelope fields is similar to that of labels.
You can specify different configurations for both return address and delivery address.
