Events or Tasks
Events
In the dialog box below, the first line is EventName which is what will be displayed and printed once you click OK.
Other lines are additional information that you may want to add (optional). Click on Repeat Tab to change the repeat pattern and Group Tab for group assignment.
Tasks
Task are calendar items similar to Events except they have additional fields for Due Date, Priority, and Status. Tasks can be added from Edit Menu in the calendar editors. Tasks can be printed in various print formats. In print preview mode, you can click the "Filter" button and check/uncheck "Task" option. If "Task" is checked then it will be printed in the calendar.
