Print

Click Print button to print a specific calendar format or address book.

Using Filter

The filter button lets you select which items you want to print. For example, the window below is the filter for Yearly Calendar A.

All event groups are selected. If you didn't want to print "Birthdays" you would uncheck the "Birthday" event group. Note that only items with Yearly pattern are selected. This can be useful because the yearly calendar has only so much room to print data, so you can select to print only the yearly events which are usually more important. Some settings are actually ignored, for example, the yearly calendar does not print daily notes regardless whether it is checked or not (because there is no room to print it).

Address Book has a different filter. With the address book filter you can only select one group of items at a time (or select all groups). The address book filter also lets you select which items should be printed.

You can change the font and color by clicking the font buttons, and insert images using the last button.
