Print Dialog

Options:
Print Normal: Quickest and Easiest. (Default selection)
Print Double Sided: All the odd numbered pages are printed first (every second page is skipped). Then you flip all the printed pages and put them back in the printer tray. All even numbered pages are printed on the back of previous pages.
You can save paper. Monthly calendar (12 pages total) can be printed on 6 pages. This becomes more useful if you are printing a weekly calendar (53 pages total) and you don't want to insert a that many pages in your organizer.
Double Sided Printing is actually more confusing than it sounds. Before you try it see the Double Sided Example
Print Even/Odd Pages: You would use this option if you have previously tried double sided printing and pages didn't come out right. For example, all odd pages where printed but not even pages (in other words, the back side is still blank). So in the second try, insert all the odd pages in the printer tray and choose Print Even Pages option.
Print Range:
- Select All: Prints All Pages.
- Select Pages: Prints selected pages.
- Note: It is not recommended to printed more than 50 pages at the time because computer will become very slow. If your computer is a 486 or you have very little disk space, it is recommended that you print no more than 12 pages at a time.
