The advanced new Boot Time Defragmentation makes Windows start faster. It is now possible to defrag and optimize files which cannot be changed (or moved) after the system start.
There is also a possibility to gain a 4-second delay before this feature starts (in order to abort it). Just click at the appropriate checkbox to do so.
