From this window you can select which Opera browser history items to be included inside each of Anti Tracks erase process.

Settings	Description
Location Bar History	This is a list of web sites you visited recently that is stored as part of AOL Auto Complete feature. Selecting this option will erase the list of recently visited Web sites from your computer.
Cookies	These are small files that store information about your interaction with a Web site. Selecting this option will erase all cookies from your computer.
Cache(Temporary Internet Files)	This is a folder where AOL stores copies of web pages that you have visited so they can open faster the next time you visit them. Selecting this option will erase the copies of the web pages from your computer.
Auto complete Forms	This is a list of information that you entered into forms on any Web sites recently. Selecting this option will erase the list of recently entered form data from your computer.
