System
- Monitor Clipboard - Leave this checked this feature to allow WebCloner to check if relevant links are copied to the Windows clipboard and present you options for starting new download projects. E.G.: Select and copy a valid URL from Internet Explorer's Address Bar (although this works for any valid URL you copy into the Clipboard). The WebCloner "Select Destination Project" Wizard will pop up.
- Integrate into MS Internet Explorer Context Menu - Check this to add a WebCloner icon in Internet Explorer's toolbar and several options in its contextual menu. Learn more about these functions in Adding files to a new or existing download project
- Changes will appear in Internet Explorer only after you re-open it.
When adding an URL:
- Select template to use - Leave this checked if you want an additional "Select Project Template" step to be displayed in the "Create New Download Project" wizard shown in the situations described above
- Start download automatically - Similarly, check this to have WebCloner automatically begin downloads at the end of the "Create New Download Project" wizard above.
Clipboard URLs filter
With the Monitor Clipboard options selected, you can customize futhermore the file extensions WebCloner should either watch the Windows Clipboard for or ignore.

- When closing the application
- When quitting wizards
- When deleting files or folders
- When hangging up a connection

Export
- Compiler
The Compiler form in this page allows you to check if the Microsoft CHM Compiler tool is installed on your computer.
- Compile Full-text search information
When this is checked the generated CHM files will contain a keywords index and a navigation panel. While this option increases the file size, it is very useful for creating e-books and self-contained data applications.
