Features
Save time
Working with WebCloner is like having tens of browser windows that save pages, parse their contents and smartly follow the links on them simultaneously. When you reach a site that interests you, you don't have to open and save tens of pages one by one anymore.
Save content
You can obtain a "clone" of a website at a certain moment, instead of having to worry about the constant daily changes of the online version and losing access to precious data because of this reason.
Search the results
WebCloner's new Search facility makes it easy for you to find any text in your download projects. Use the Find tab to quickly search and browse the results.
Use the results
WebCloner's Export Wizard allows you to easily transfer data from your projects. You can move the entire contents of a project to a folder, archive or e-book. You can export only the links (Ready, Failed, Queued and/or Ignored), the e-mail addresses or only certain file types (archive, audio, images, text or video).
Share the results
WebCloner's Internal Web Server makes it easy for any computer on your Intranet to access your downloaded projects. You can turn off this powerful feature anytime to block access to confidential, private data.
Work more efficiently
After you use WebCloner for a while, you'll discover that you've set it up to work exactly as you want it to. Just use the Export Wizard to save all the small tweaks you've set up for a project in a single template file. From now on, simply load the settings template when starting any new project and all your settings will remain in place!
Get in control
You have full control while downloading. Any project allows you to specify which file types to load and which to skip, based on their extension, size or location. You can use keywords to specify servers, directories or filenames to be allowed or disallowed for downloading. You can abort any file download simply by right clicking on it. You can run, stop, suspend and resume downloading or save the project and continue later exactly from that point. |
