Internet Connection Settings
Leave the Use Microsoft Internet Explorer Cookies checkbox selected to have WebCloner accept cookies from the sites it downloads and return them in the headers it sends back. When this option is not used, dynamic sites that use cookies may appear different after downloading.
Internal HTTP Server
Check Allow local access only to prevent other computers from your network to access the offline sites in your projects. When this option is not checked, any computer in your network can share the data in your projects. This can turn WebCloner in a powerful tool for sharing data in your organization, but you can choose to disable it anytime, for privacy or security reasons.
Agent Identification
Select the browser-identification string WebCloner should send to web servers when requesting pages. Many websites choose to serve different sets of pages depending on this string received from the browser, so this setting may reflect on the layout of downloaded pages. Choosing one of the browser types and versions in the combo will determine these web sites to deliver pages optimized for that particular browser. Advanced users may also enter a custom identification string to be sent by WebCloner.
Dial-Up
Dial-up when downloading sites
Check the "Enabled" checkbox to allow WebCloner to automatically establish a dial-up connection when starting a download project.
The connections you have already established in Windows will appear in a list here. If you enable the Automatic Dial-up option above, you will need to choose one to be used and add additional parameters, such as username, password and retry parameters and attempts number.
Disconnect & Exit
Disconnect
You can have WebCloner disconnect your Internet connection either when all downloads are complete or at a certain time.
Program Exit & System Shutdown
Furthermore, WebCloner can shutdown itself and/or your operating system after finishing a job or at a certain time.
